Property Management Services Include:
  • Financial Management
   o Collect rents and maintain in a trust account
   o Pay mortgage payments and taxes if wanted.
   o Pay vendor bills as needed for the operation of the property
   o Provide monthly statements from a computerized accounting system with a detailed  breakdown so you
can track the return of each unit
   o Prepare annual operations report and IRS Form 1099 with each year end tax detail for your accountant.

  • Tenant Management
   o Work consistently to keep units occupied.
   o  Keep rents at market prices to maximize occupancy income
   o Tenant screening, including a current credit check with Equifax and review of rental references

  • Maintenance
   o Provide excellent, full time maintenance crew and cleaning services
   o Complete yard care services if needed/wanted.
   o Regular inspection of properties.
   o Preventative maintenance to keep property in good condition
